His Foundation

Motivated by the conviction that preserving traditions is not a nostalgic act, but an exercise in identity, the Madina Mayurqa Foundation was created as a project to conserve Mallorcan heritage in different aspects and to disseminate culture.

The Foundation believes in the importance of preserving and sharing the history of Mallorca so that present and future generations can understand and value its legacy. Heir to a rich and diverse culture, its aim is to act as a bridge that connects the past with the present to inspire the future. Its mission is to protect and disseminate the island's historical and traditional heritage through projects to preserve its architectural and environmental heritage.

Aware that culture in all its aspects is the source of knowledge that underpins our society, the Foundation also has as its main focus the realization of first-class international cultural events on the island, such as the Cap Rocat Festival , as well as acting as a promoter of talent from our land and contributing to social projects.

With this task, it contributes to keeping the Mallorcan identity alive and ensuring that the island's legacy continues to be valued and respected by future generations.
